Finding Your Perfect Puppy Match

At North Texas Aussies, we understand how exciting it is to welcome a new furry friend into your family! To ensure a good match for both you and your puppy, we require a completed application before reserving a puppy. This application helps us learn more about your lifestyle and preferences to connect you with the perfect pup.

Puppy Reservation Process

Once you've found your ideal match, a non-refundable $300 retainer secures your chosen puppy. This ensures the puppy is reserved specifically for your family and allows us to focus on preparing them for their forever home.

Changes in Plans?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you're unable to welcome your puppy home within one week of your puppy turning 8 weeks (unless previously agreed upon in writing) or change your mind before your puppy is 4 weeks of age, we offer two options:

• Transfer your retainer: You can transfer the retainer to another available puppy within one year. We'll keep you updated on upcoming litters and available pups. Please note that due to market fluctuations, puppy prices may differ at the time of transfer.

• Forfeit the retainer: Alternatively, you may choose to forfeit the retainer. This acknowledges the time and resources invested in preparing your chosen puppy and the lost opportunity to place them with another loving family.
